Biography

Hey there, I'm Jasmine, a former hockey player, and three-time National Champion. In 2018, my team and I were inducted into the McGill University Sports Hall of Fame.

After hanging up my skates, I found CrossFit to fill my competitive void. I'm a nine-time CrossFit Games Regional and Sanctional competitor (2012-2020 inclusive). My best finish was 3rd place as part of a regional team. Most recently, I competed at the 2020 Wodapalooza sanctioned event in Miami with a top 10 finish.

Outside of CrossFit, I works in healthcare. I also coach the University of Toronto Mississauga women’s hockey team. I've been awarded the University’s Coach of the Year honours five times (2013, 2015, 2016, 2017, 2019).
