- 1 scoop Cocowodder BCAA Hydrate (your choice of flavour)
- ½ cup ice (4-6 cubes)
- 1 cup water
- Squeeze of lemon or lime juice (optional)
- Blend all ingredients on high until a slushie consistency is achieved and no large ice chunks remain.
- If the mixture appears too watery, add more ice cubes until desired consistency is reached.
